Vanishing is a short, experimental video about the climate crisis. The video's exploration of coastal erosion and the role of fossil fuels begins from a local south coast perspective, while highlighting the global crisis. Vanishing was an Official Selection for the Cornwall Film Festival 2023 and an Official Selection for the Festival CinemaZERO 2023 MUSE award, Trento, Italy. It was longlisted for the Zealous Amplify creative competition on the theme of Environment. It won the award for Best Director Documentary Short at Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de Madrid (FICIMAD) 2024, and is an Official Selection for the Hastings International Film Festival 2024.
